"Quaint hotel"

Great little hotel. Perfect location to walk and explore Old San Juan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay there again if we ever get to go to Old San Juan in the future.

"It was fine"

The location was good

While booking the reservation booking asked me what time I would be at the hotel so I selected between 7am-8am . Then I got an email stating the resort approved the time to be there. But when I got to the hotel they said I could not check in until 3. This should be stated on the booking description

"Return to SJ SUITES"

Having stayed here before, we were familiar with the hotel and it's surroundings. The staff was very assisting and friendly.

The door locking mechanism can't be challenging to get it to lock. On this stay, the bathroom floor and shower stall area could have been more cleaner. The bed was not very comfortable.
