Great location so we could walk to cruise ship from hotel at a reasonable price

No wash clothes or hand towels. Needs some painting and new flooring.

The location was convenient.

It was fine for a one night stay before a cruise. It's pretty basic.

The location was excellent, walkable to shopping, restaurants, museums, the pier, everything. The staff was very accommodating and allowed storage of luggage before and after our stay. As we were cruising, this was very helpful.

The lack of amenities. They provided two bath towels, but no hand towels, no face cloths. This was astounding to me. No tissues. These seem basic to me not luxuries. The bed was uncomfortable. Hotel needs serious updating.

Location was good for easy access around old San Juan, and they were accommodating of a very early morning check in.

Feels like an office building being used as a hotel. Tight corridors, flimsy doors and hardware, uncomfortable beds. Very happy I was only here for 6 hours.

Nothing really, Guess there was a bed and I managed to sleep. The AC was good. Location in the old town was good.

Nobody was present at the check-in to let me in. Had to make 3 phone calls to get access to my room and it took 30min. Unacceptable. They also mishandle credit card information by taking a FULL COPY including security code of the information on the credit card. This is a major risk for identity theft and caused me to cancel and request a new card from my bank. The rooms are old run down. Bathroom only had cold water, the tiles in the bathroom were clean but this place is run down. The carpet and furniture in the room is old, dusty, there's what looks like mold behind the bed table... For this amount of cash I would rather stay in a hostel or even a homeless shelter. Would not stay here again. Steer clear and find somewhere else to stay.
