room was ok

The staff of the hotel was not helpful at all, they even tried to overcharge us for the room in the name of tax which was already included in the price. No water bottles were given after 1st night (we stayed there for 3nights) when we said we'll buy they charged 10rs extra for each bottle.

It was clean and tidy

1. Person at the front desk was rude.. while enquiring about the charges.. he suggested we can cancel the booking. 2. They don’t provide tea in the morning with breakfast..they charge extra. 3. Did not provide the reception/front desk number.. We kept going to the front desk to ask for any services. 4. Parking could be challenging since the property does not provide ample parking space. 5. If you are booking a room, you may end up sharing the living room with other guests.. which could be uncomfortable, that was initially mentioned to us.
