Booking.com gave wrong information abt the hotel, it was completely opposite. They charged almost 2000 extra without basic amenities..dirty bedsheets had blood stains, dust every where, ac was leaking n water dropped straight on our faces through the ac, mattress n pillow were wet cos of the leakage, no toiletry, geaser wasn't working in one bathroom, other bathroom's shower wasn't working, vry dirty kitchen,entire night fone were ringing until we disconnected the cord from it, lots of noise by lift, no ac in living area,we booked studio for Rs.7400/- ,whch was extremely small so we changed to double bedroom apartment because we were busy n we were traveling during day-time so, we didnt had any othr choice but to choose one apt, this aprtment was spacious than the studio bt in Rs 8900/- something, it was in a bad condition, electricity issues. booking.com says that -> it has pool with view facing ( thers no pool at all, the manager said booking .Com has to edit the info) -> it has washing maching( wrong info no washing machine ) -> room cleaning service(wrong info) -> a hot tub n a sauna ( wrong info, two bathroom 1 with no shower n other with no geaser) -> soundproof walls (wrong info,all night elevator sound were disturbing) ->round trip to airport (only one way cab was provided) -> bfast n lunch is provided ( wtong info,manager refuse to agree n said they ll provide only bfast) these all amenities were for 6624/- n with tax it was 7400 for a studio, but after changing to double bedroom for almost 9000/- we couldn't find basic amenities... very very disappointed, waste of money, they are cheaters, they fake,gives wrong info n charges high. Booking.com should cross check with the hotel before providing details. Waste of money, m not gonna choose booking.com from next time for sure.

I did not like the stay

They have charged us 500 rs more after visiting the property it’s unacceptable, i am extremely disappointed by booking.com for letting this happen.

i got apartmant .... nice daily room and nice sleep room. bad is too soft for my opinion but ok. AC in function with ceil centilator (standard in india). decent bathroom with very good water pressure. hotel manager call me for detail of my arrival .

lift is odd - door is on half floor . .so you need always to hndle luggage over stairs. road to hotel is bad .... but lead to hotel :) . luckily i do not need kitchen . but kithen is empty... except induction coocker.

We had a great experience with hotel urban sleep We enjoyed our stay I recommend this hotel to all travelers kindly ignore the negative reviews staff is very kind and professional breakfast test was awesome unfortunately they don't have many options for the breakfast

Service need to be improved. No greetings on arrival. I book a deluxe room but funny thing here is its a apartment converted into hotel actually so, in a flat basically two rooms with hall and kitchen. So, I was expecting whole flat will be mine if o book once arrived and paid to the hotel and later on staff told me that hall is sharing and kitchen how it works sharing isn't silly and u are paying too much money. I was really disappointed that day. May be booking.com shows something and hotel will costs something. I suggest booking.com need to make a survey. Even they dont provide a wifi password until unless u ask ..low level staff are there ..rooms are ok appreciative but service is very bad no i should say worst.
