Clean, comfortable, well situated to explore locale, helpful staff and quirky structure of 16th century building! Nice breakfast too.

Lack of ordinary tea bags at breakfast! But these were acquired for us…!

It was in the right area for us

When we got there we were on the second floor. I’m 84 and we couldn’t do the stairs so instead of having a King‘s room we ended up with the dog’s room with no refund for the difference. Breakfast time they didn’t have everything on the menu Friday, we had to have our breakfast before 8 o’clock.
