La struttura è fantastica: se dovessi tornare a Marrakech, prenoterei senza alcun dubbio di nuovo qui! Il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff. Ayoub è una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto ad accoglierti con il sorriso. Le ragazze che si occupano delle pulizie lavorano in modo impeccabile: non si limitano a pulire, ma rimettono tutto in perfetto ordine, ed è davvero un piacere rientrare in camera dopo una giornata in giro. Complimenti a Zaira e a tutto il team per la professionalità e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti.

La colazione è ottima, ma potrebbe essere un po’ più varia

Era un oasis al volver de los mercados. Muy bien ubicado en el casi histórico Lindo, limpio, super tranquilo . No hemos sentido ruidos externos en lss dos habitaciones en las que nos alejamos una en PB y ora en 1 piso La ayuda de Ayub qué nos recibió a la madrugada por un retraso en el vuelo y que nos preparó el desayuno para llevar temprano al dejar el Riad.

Si bien ofrece desayuno podría tener una pava eléctrica para tomar algo caliente al llegar en invierno

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Leider gab es kein Frühstück vor 8:00 für uns. Wir bekamen ein Lunchpaket mit auf dem Weg.

"Prachtige riad met lieve mensen"

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige Riad, locatie is prima, op ongeveer 20 min lopen van het centrale plein. Onzettend goede service. Ayoub heeft heel erg zijn best gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken, en is altijd vrolijk. We werden gastvrij ontvangen met thee. Ontbijt was lekker en genoeg. Kamers erg fijn, comfortabel, en schoon!

Enige verbeterpuntje was misschien een koelkastje op de kamer (was voor ons niet echt nodig in december, maar wellicht fijn in de zomer), en evt een extra spiegel in de kamer zelf.
