Ma il vero asset dell’hotel è lo staff. Team reattivo, organizzato, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza senza mai perdere professionalità. Un elogio particolare va a Zaira, punto di riferimento assoluto. Leadership evidente, gestione fluida e un’accoglienza che fa la differenza: ci ha supportati dall’inizio alla fine con precisione, disponibilità e un approccio orientato al cliente che eleva tutta l’esperienza. Very nice staff and clean room. Ayoub is very attentive and friendly. The location is good to explore the city from and to access pickup points for tours. Nice rooftop terrace.
