The location is perfect

The caravan needs alot of attention the main light in the living room doesn't work..the back door doesn't open and rattles.. the window in the living doesn't open the shower only drips no pressure what so ever ..also stains everywhere all in the sofa and carpets cobwebs everywhere.. cookery was dirty and caravan smelt musky that bad I had to clean it myself very disappointing if I must say ... location is perfect so that was a bonus

Great location, bed nice and comfortable. Mostly clean and tidy

The carpet really needs a clean and the loose part between kitchen and living area is a hazard. The caravan was a little more run down than expected needs just a little spuse up, the doors to outside and windows have gaps in them. Just needs a little TLC. We stayed during storm Dave and caravan felt like it was going to take off and left a day early (not the owners fault haha)

Location is good

Barrier wouldn’t open when we arrived. Contacted the host and he said we have to wait for someone else to go through which was for quite long and we’ve had a baby crying in the car. Caravan wasn’t cleaned, took pictures and sent to host. He stated it has been cleaned but it’s hard to believe since there was dirty underwear under the bed, bowl with cereal, shower was dirty with mould on the sides. Host told us he’ll send a cleaner the next day. I’ve explained to him that Ive had to go and buy cleaning products myself and clean since there’s no way my kids can stay in a dirty place like this. There was no reply from him after this. The trim on one of the doors was loose and cut my son’s leg. The light in one of the rooms didn’t work. I’ve slept with the baby in the living room because the cot didn’t fit in the bedroom which we thought it might happen, not the hosts fault. It was absolutely freezing through the night, there are gaps in all the windows and the door. The baby was freezing, was forced to sleep in the bedroom, sitting up, holding her for the rest of the stay. We’ve put pillows around me in case I go into deep sleep and drop her.

We stayed and spent 23-27th December at the caravan we arrived the caravan site had parking outside no mud it was easy to find we was allowed to decorate everything worked we slept well it is located dead opposite park dean resort that was ipen over xmas we had trouble with the entry barrier but that was an easy fix i travelled myself three children and a dog i found the caravan very clean wifi doors are drafty but with central heating and living room fire it is not noticable we enjoyed and felt that much at home we didnt want to leave would 100%recommend and would defo go back again we drove twenty mins to angel bay and saw the seals it was amazing we went to the farm 8 min drive away due to visiting xmas period site and local attractions wasnt open but will be booking again in season

Caravan was very good! Everything we needed. Chris was fantastic with communication and there was little complaints from us!

We did have to Hoover when we got there and also the carpet to the kitchen was up and we did trip up on it but it wasn’t a big issue for us :)

Spacious living room and on a decent site

Beds weren’t the comfiest and could do with a refresh but overall enjoyed our stay

Property was dirty hadn’t been cleaned in a long time bin was full of used tampons we had to go out and buy cleaning products smelt musty carpet and rug we’re really grubby I understand the host pays cleaners to clean.I think the host should check the property once in a while the cupboard and freezer was full of food and bits that should of been cleaned out by the cleaners to be honest I would look for new cleaners.
