"Ideal Location"

10.0

Ideal position for a family visit. 3 floors so must be fit enough for stairs. Kitchen had everything you needed if you either wanted to budget or be near sea-front for baby facilities.

Noise from outside at night but that is not the fault of the owner, just weekends tend to be more noisy.

Just a shame the lights had tripped on arrival but owners sent someone to quickly sort the problem.

"Nice last minute break at a reasonable price"

Location and property good for a big family good value stay if wanting to enjoy some time in Scarborough. The property has lots of stairs so a no one anyone with mobility issues and no space to leave a pram at the bottom of the stairs but if that’s not a problem or you can adapt then defo worth a stay. Beds are comfortable and clean which is a must for us as a family. Thanks for a good stay.

Couple of maintenance updates required which the owner is sorting out. Parking is a challenge but if you don’t mind a walk you can move the car later in the evening when the car park is less busy or arrive really early.
