Mam Tina was very responsive.

The residence is modern and well equipped with swimming pool and gym as well. The apartment was tidy and neat, it had all amenities. Hosts were nice and responsive through chat. We enjoyed relaxing there after a busy day in Manila.

The check-in procedure is not the easiest, but we understand the residence has security measures.

Super helpful host, nice location and amazing swimming pool. One thing to improve : It would be good to provide a bed sheet instead of a fleece blanket

Location! It was conveniently located within walking distance to the PICC. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Ms. Tina was a gracious host and took care of our needs. The unit was also clean and with ample provisions for cooking. The views are also breathtaking although it would have been perfect if there was a balcony, but even then, it was great. Convenience stores and banks with ATMs are available on-site and nearby. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the ground floor. It was worth the price and definitely budget-friendly.
