The strategic location of the facility. It is accessible to all and less traffic congestion. The place is clean, convenient, comfortable and very cozy. It is hassle and stress free. Ms Tina is very accommodating and accessible. This is the best facility we had been to during this vacation period. Will surely book again and recommend to friends.

The hotel's strategic location, situated in close proximity to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), was highly convenient for my needs. I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Tina Martin, the manager, who demonstrated remarkable friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodation. Similarly, the front desk staff and security personnel were courteous and responsive. The hotel's proximity to the Mall of Asia and ease of access to transportation options, including taxis and Grab, further enhanced my stay.

The pools and the whole place were beautiful, staff was so kind and helpful, food was delicious, location wasn’t awful for grabbing tuktuks and also was able to help arrange for excursions.

The room we had felt like it was unfinished, the lighting was poor and it felt like it was missing something, was very large but empty with a missing beam in the ceiling.

High floor level. cozy and clean room. My family and i like the place. Surely we will booked again for our another stay.
