balcony with a nice view, green surroundings, very good local breakfast, we could use the washing machine and the bikes, we could take the dog for a walk, everyone was very friendly, uncomplicated extention of our stay, the beach in Talalla is quite empty so there are not a lot of tourists there which was perfect for us, we loved our stay!

Welcoming, charming, and affordable! + We felt very welcome, Nisha is a great host, attentive, and very welcoming. There is everything you need, and the location is perfect, 10 minutes on foot to the beach, market close-by. Breakfast was delicious and balanced, surroundings green and full of animals and birds. A fabulous stay that makes you want to come back. + The residential and secure side of the location, the external maintenance that makes it very pampering. The common areas and rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. The host’s kindness, the breakfasts are very good. Close to a beautiful beach, but not too tourist. A washing machine and a kitchen are at guests' disposal. - Nothing, everything was perfect.

We love the place it was very peaceful and quiet. Waking up to the sound of the birds( even a bird was tapping on our bathroom window one morning).nisha was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The beds are one of the most comfortable we have stayed in and lovely big puffy pillows. Forest, the puppy loves to play. Nisha also gave us a local tuk tuk drivers phone number, which was really helpful I would Highly recommend staying here and very reasonably priced Plenty hot water in the shower which is also a bonus also

This villa is in an excellent location within a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities, including a kitchen and ample dining space, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner is responsive to messages sent through the booking portal. A quality breakfast is provided by Nisha, who serves it with warmth and kindness, always wearing a happy and pleasant smile. Talalla Beach is about a 12-minute walk away along a relatively quiet street. Compared to other beaches on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, it is less crowded, making it a peaceful spot to relax.

this place felt like home! Nisha is a wonderfully warm host The food is delicious and a great beach is not far on foot The place is beautiful if you like animals, there is a cute cat, rabbits and a really nice dog♥️ I'm looking forward to coming back soon, I already miss the place🌞
