Fynbos Golf and Country Estate

The cottages are really clean and modern. Naturally the view is beautiful. There was enough utensils and equipment to prepare meals. We used the Spa and the facials we had were relaxing and done well.

It can get really windy here, the main area where the restaurant and gym etc, is, is far away from the accommodation. The restaurant is very reasonably priced, but we waited forever for our 4 meals, and the portion sizes were small. There is no wi-fi in the cottage and the wi-fi in the clubhouse was a bit slow.

Quarto confortável, estava limpo. A vista é incrível, mais ou menos próximo de uma praia praticamente particular de quem mora por ali.

Infelizmente não tivemos das melhores das experiências. Começando pelo check-in, como chegamos no dia 1 de janeiro, não tinha absolutamente NENHUM FUNCIONÁRIO. Deixaram um carta na portaria com as chaves, me enviaram uma msg por whatsapp no dia anterior para pegar as chaves e sem mais instruções. Não sabia como acessar a piscina e academia, tive que procurar os quartos, e como cheguei e não tinha ngm, não consegui realizar o cadastro para acessar essas áreas comuns. Acho que uma hospedagem com essa estrutura e tamanho, o mínimo (mesmo que em feriado) é ter 1 pessoa da equipe para apoiar em possíveis dúvidas ou problemas. Se eu tivesse algum problema pra entrar no quarto, teria que dormir no gramado, pois NÃO TINHA NINGUEM NEM PRA RESPONDER AS MENSAGENS no whatsapp. Achei esse ponto inadimissível. Café da manhã estava bom, mas falta orientação e organização da equipe. A pessoa da recepção me deu uma informação, depois a garçonete me deu outra e tive que voltar na recepção pra entender a regra do que eu poderia ou não pedir do cardápio que estaria incluso. Falta clareza.
