Fynbos Golf and Country Estate

It is a beautiful location but the gravel road to the property is very long and very bad for a normal car.

The room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. The door leaked so it rained into the room. The aircon remote screen did not work so you can’t see what function it is on. The geyser for the neighbours room use exceptionally loud. The bathroom basin was blocked and didn’t drain properly.

Its was a neat unit. We received a welcome message before we got to the unit to tell is how to check in/find the key

We would have liked a booklet/info pamphlet to tell is more about the area - such as how to get to the beach. It was not clear from the map that the beach access was not as simple as walking out the gate! We had to drive to the beach - and it was not really a swimming beach

Property and location , amazing !

The unit itself needed minor maintenance but nothing too severe

No access to beach and they not upfront flies are a hazardous the cleaning staff was unprofessional and rude. Dirk the maintenance manager was helpful as well as Petro and Claire in the office I felt cheated with the amount of money I paid
