My family loves the food, not excellent but good and they like it and the price was not expensive

The last day of my family stay, the temperature drop and it became very cold even inside the room. Will be nice if they had heater.

Staffs are very friendly. Food is nice.

Water is yellowish. The room is too humid. No hair dryer.

The position in the middle of the forest is very nice and relaxing. Also the style of the rooms is nice. You can organise your Bromo trip very easily because they do everything for you. Also we ask for train station pickup and drop off and it was done perfectly.

Rooms are not clean at all. The kitchen we had inside was really dirty, also the dishes and the cutlery we used for breakfast. Inside the room there is a lot of space but not utilised well, for example no coat rack, the bathroom is a room with shower and wc together.. if you have this space think a way to use it in a better way! I didn’t like the breakfast which was not something typical I would expected in a place like this and which I had in other places near.

the bathroom is very humide. the staff don't speak English, communication is difficult.

Superb location into nature

Samuel was excellent in arranging tours around the area and organizing the transport to the train station. Yummy food. Clean room. Friendly stuff. Altogether very recommendable.
