Superb location and first class accommodation. The little touches in the room on arrival were much appreciated. High quality air conditioning in our room was the cherry on the cake for us.

Everything from the check in to departure was excellent 👌

Couldn't watch TV due to poor signal quality. Room was cold .the a/c was to hard to use.a very complicated remote .only one small bottle of water for the kettle.not enough for two cups

The bathroom and room were generous. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal and within walking to distance to the attractions. Great patio for afternoon sun and drinks. Delicious breakfast.

The bathtub/shower unit was very deep. The stairs to the third floor made carrying our luggage somewhat challenging.

Nothing! We only ate breakfast in the property and we would only give it 7 out of 10!

A very friendly, lovely lady rang me the day before our trip; I explained to her about my mobility issue and when we arrived at the hotel the next day she had, very thoughfully, moved us to another room with a walk in shower. She carried our suitcase to the lovely room - which had everything we needed - and the chocolates were a great treat! Fresh milk was an absolute bonus. If we needed anything we just had to press one on the phone in the room. Nothing was a bother. Arrangements were made for us incase of an emergency and who would come to us if needs be. Breakfast was great and again the staff were excellent. We felt well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again very soon. The hotel has a very central location and all the main attractions are within walking distance.
