Everything. the lack of security at the front door, the stinking, messy, dirty entrance and corridors. The cleanliness of the apartment, the terrible shower, the noise, an exit light inside the apartment that you couldn't turn off and was very bright. uncomfortable beds, broken windows, etc etc
