Spotless accommodation, perfect for a group. Great location, walking distance to the city centre. Such a lovely host, left us a thoughtful welcome gift. Would highly recommend 👌

Nette Inhaberin. Sehr nah am Stadtzentrum und an der St. Canice‘s Cathedral.

Im Bad waren Stockflecken an der Wand und es roch sehr muffig. Die Brause von der Dusche lag defekt in der Brausetasse. Der Hof, über den man in die Zimmer gelangt, sieht teilweise aus, wie ein Müllplatz. Die Bewohner des benachbarten Appartments, das nur durch eine verschlossene Tür abgetrennt ist, waren sehr laut.

It was very nice, the beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space.

Where to start. The ad is very misleading, it is not a holiday home, it is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The lady who met us with the key called it a studio (nowhere in the ad does it say studio, it says holiday home). There are no kitchen facilities except for a coffee machine a table and 2 chairs. There were ants crawling all over this area! We had brought food to make breakfast but had to eat out. We had booked for 4 adults and 2 kids, and while there were 3 sets of bunk beds, it was so cramped, nowhere to sit but on the bunkbed. It was not clean, the windows are disgusting with black mould. The bathroom is also very small and cold. The heating comes on on a timed schedule and is set to 20deg so it was cold at times. Also, you can't park at the apartment, there is a carpark across a T-junction, that's first come first served. Definitely not a suitable space for 6 people and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard!!

The place is huge! Amazing for large groups and suited our hen party really well. They facilitated an early check in on the Friday as well which was so helpful! Pastries and bread left for us too which was a great plus. Lots of towels, plenty of heating and hot water and all beds super comfy

The property is on the street so it can be very noisy at night, and can hear nearby houses/voices but not too loud at all! Only other thing to note is only one key is provided - for large groups this can be difficult but lockbox outside helps :)

No parking of any description even though it was stated that there would be. Had to park in the city.

The staff were great, very helpful.

Old and dingy, but clean and otherwise fine.
