Loved all the facilities and the ocean sounds.

The apartment was right where people walk pass and the noise was unbearable 💔 the neighbour's had partied all night and smoked weed which we could smell right in our apartment, it also was not wheelchair friendly so it was a huge struggle to get into the apartment although we had no stairs to climb.

I absolutely love the fact that it was on a different spot to where we use to be when we book this area will be perfect in summer ad its close to the outside pool its nice to no that everything is close to you

The inside pool water is not as warm. As expected my husband asked one of the staff members if the water temp can be a bit warm he was informed no its a 35 c temp we will have to book jacuzzi or spa if we want warmer water i dont think his response was nice

The apartment was spacious, Comfortable, clean & modern. Would love to book the same unit again

I wish the food stuff on the premises was more affordable. The little grocery shop had no prices and was very expensive. In my apartment view during booking it showed a braai place on the balcony which there was not. The cleaning staff washed our dishes but wet towels was not replaced. Telephone was not working and there was too few activities for bigger children. It would be good to update that to attract kids back to the club. Also please consider a halal cafe or restaurant.
