Braxos A beautiful rocky place

The property is beautiful and the view is breathtaking.

There was no awareness regarding on how to get to the property. I got lost a couple of times in 90 degree heat. I understand google does not have a path mapped however, the island could have signs to help guide you.

Beautifully renovated to a very high standard. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Fabulous views overlooking the harbour. We were worried about the climb up and down but so long as you took it steady it’s not too difficult. Great that George could organise luggage transport both up and down. Maybe some stylish cushions on the stone seat in the bedroom would top it all off.

The place was very nice with an amazing view on the port and city of Hydra The kitchen is very functional with everything needed George has a great list of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and sightseeing on the island

Hydra apartment cancelled my booking just a few days prior to my arrival. The Braxos was the alternative. It was great spot.

Hydra apartment should compensate for cancelling my booking since they probably got higher prices. I think Booking should push for it. If the customer is cancelling, we do not get our money back, but it does not seem to apply for Hosts unless it goes to bookings pockets.

We adored the property and the island. It truly was a paradise. George the host was so friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was gorgeous and we managed to cook several meals there in the well-equipped kitchen. Very clean, lovely hot water. The most fabulous view. Thank you!

Best location on the island for views - if you are willing to climb the long staircase. George and his family were great hosts and made us feel at home from the start

The view is fantastic. Daily workout included.

Incredible view of harbor. Bedroom was carved out of rock.

There is no market nearby to pick up stoles like milk, coffee, breakfast items.
