No air con rooms were extremely hot. Noise at night in the rooms from the bar

Nice room and bathroom, neat and tidy. Friendly staff and atmosphere

Room was smaller than expected and very hot.

Very clean and comfortable room with an exceptional breakfast. Right in the middle of Shrewsbury with everything within reasonable walking distance.

The room was overlooking a very noisy thoroughfare especially in the early hours. The hotel had a DJ on Friday and Saturday which only finished after 12am. The noise was dreadful, spoiling a really nice break!

Great room lots of space, lovely shower and nice products. Very friendly staff. Good range of cocktails in the bar downstairs - espresso martini was the best ever! Cracking breakfast.

It was a little overpriced. Not the comfiest bed.

The disco that was so loud, ear plugs would not make any difference and only told on arrival

First night was a bit noisy, I think it was students celebrating. The windows were heavily painted, so they couldn't be shut properly. There were earplugs provided, but I think the windows need fixing, to keep the noise out, plus keep the heat in during the winter.

Staff were great. Breakfast excellent
