Riad Blue Oasis

El wifi funciona muy bien y Amine respondía rápidamente a todas nuestras solicitudes. Desayuno abundante y buena ubicación.

Todo muy sucio, nos dijeron que era puntual por un problema personal y limpiaron nuestro baño (Amine fue muy amable), pero para nosotros era una limpieza muy deficiente. No hicieron la habitación ningún día y estuvimos 4 noches. Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad, en al entrada solo hay una mesa con 3 sillas.

La ubicación excelente, y Amine muy amable y preocupado para que nuestra estadía fuera agradable. Nos preparó un rico desayuno y cuando salíamos temprano el día anterior nos dejaba jugo y bocadillos. Se notaba muy preocupado por hablar ni comprender español, pero se manejó muy bien con traductor.

El desayuno era un poco tarde 9:30 am y no incluía una fruta. Por otro lado las instalaciones están venidas a menos de lo que se muestra en las fotos, falta mobiliario y aseo en general de espacios comunes. Nuestra habitación estaba bastante bien y para el precio muy bueno.

We had to leave the property immediately after the first night. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Upon arriving at the riad. It was not as the pictures perceived, we had sticky floor rooms. Stuffy rooms with no ac working. Mould and grease all over the bathroom..

La posizione è perfetta, vicina alla medina, in un quartiere tranquillo; di fronte c'è una piazza frequentatissima e dei buoni ristoranti (Yalla Yalla il migliore) e a dieci minuti a piedi un grande parcheggio custodito. La stanza è grandissima e comoda, con bagno privato e aria condizionata. Un super grazie ad Amine, che ha avuto cura di noi fin dalla prenotazione con ottimi consigli, con le ottime colazioni e con la sua gentilezza. :)

Had a great stay at this charming and peaceful property. With only a few rooms, it offers a quiet, intimate atmosphere and an old-world charm that's hard to find. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the owner—who happened to be visiting from another city—and he kindly helped me with my luggage. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Plus, the location is central and convenient for getting around. A lovely stay overall!

The only minor issue was that the main door was a bit tricky to lock, but aside from that, everything was excellent. A lovely stay overall!

The Riad is over 200 years old. It was a great experience to stay at a UNESCO heritage site. The Riad is being renovated at this moment (May 2025), but you can still feel the magic of the place. The staff is great! Jad, the owner, always made sure that we had a safe and comfortable experience in Fez.

The stairs! Because it's a UNESCO heritage site, they have not been able to renovate the stairs and some of the steps are very tall.

This place is the best! The staff is super helpful, they helped me with the luggage, served breakfast at the time I wanted, ordered a transfer for me early in the morning. The room was huge and clean. The location is perfect, the riad is right in the heart of the city, yet it's very quiet and comfortable to sleep at night. There is a fantastic terrace on the top with the city view. I would rate it 11/10 if I could!

The entrance might be a bit challenging to find, cos it's located on the other side of the building; and the stairways inside the riad are quite steep and narrow. But these are not the real problems because of the helpful staff that assists you!
