CHLobby fairly nice, friendly DAYTIME staff
2 of the 4 stars this “hotel” has, have to have been bought on eBay at a discount. The beds were about as hard as the floor, these beds make Ryanair seats look like a blessing to sleep in. Lights that in one of the rooms didn’t work properly, besides that, the doors are not properly sealed off, you hear every movement even if it is down the entire hallway. Moreover, we arrive late at 3am on the 2nd day of our stay to our cards not working to open the hotel room. Turns out the key cards were only registered to the first day of the stay, no one was at the reception until finally someone turned up to authorize our key cards again. 30mins of just wanting to rest but not being able to because we get locked out of our own rooms. Overall, a very very poor experience, never felt more scammed by a “4 star hotel” anywhere like here.
GBIt is in a good location with access to all major roots. There is a vending machine containing bitch you may have left at home. The bed was comfy and the room was kept cool by somebody leaving the windows open. The staff are very friendly.
The bedroom doors are, understandably, fire doors which meant that they slammed shut very loudly. Some other residents in the same corridor as me, but in and out of their room at 3 AM with the door slamming so many times that it woke me. Not the fault of the hotel, just a little frustrating.

The bed was hard. There was a party which we were told was finishing at ten, then someone else said they didnt know! The party didnt finish till gone 1am. At 1.28 and 1.33 people from the party were still out and being extremely noisy. I rang reception. The number on Booking.com was not in use. I googled number and rang reception no reply. Poor hotel. I would like compensation.
