Nice guest apartment within walking distance to Kalmar central station

A nice apartment in a suburb of Kalmar. Jimmy was very kind & helpful & picked me up from the station.

It could not be described as "within walking distance of the town", in fact it would be a 30 minute walk or 10 minutes on the bus. Having booked the flat it turned out to be another one about the same distance from town.

Kamer is ruim en de keuken is behoorlijk compleet. Jammer dat er voor ons maar een klein tafeltje met één stoel stond dus het tafeltje maar aan het bed gezet om te kunnen eten. Dit ook doorgegeven en de host zou zorgen dat er weer 2 stoelen komen. Overigens is de host erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Het was hem helaas niet gelukt een parkeerplaats bij het appartement te regelen dus dat moest op straat (gratis) maar het kan wel vol zijn.

Fin lägenhet. Nära centrum. Mataffär fanns i närheten.

Two things especially stood out during my stay: the host and the location. The host was extremely kind and helpful, even allowing an early check-in and always being available for advice or assistance. The location was also perfect for me. I was visiting Linnaeus University, and the bus stop was only one minute away from the apartment, while the supermarket was about three minutes away. I usually preferred walking to the university, which took around 15–20 minutes and was very convenient. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. If I visit Kalmar again in the future, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kalmar.

Lägenheten var bra och uppfyllde förväntningarna. Värden Tommy var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen och inte på markplan enligt beskrivningen. Men för oss så var var det en positiv avvikelse.

Det fanns ingen TV i lägenheten. Vi hade inget behov av TV, men det såg ut på bilderna i annonsen som att det skulle finnas.

Tommy était très gentil à l'accueil et je recommande à ceux qui veulent visiter Kalmar.
