Appartement grand et confortable

- Thermostat de la douche non reglable (eau bouillante) - absence de bouchon dans l'évier de la salle de bain - pas de lumiére dans le couloir ni d'ampoule dans la lampe dans le salon - porte de lave-vaiselle absente - manque de vaisselle - peu de draps - pas trés bien insonorisé - pas d'indication pour les poubelles

The location and the couch is good for a big group and the staff were responsive

Looked bigger in pictures, there is no door for the kitchen which was weird and the hallway smelled weird, and the kitchen wasn’t included with as many things that would be expected eg microwave

location a partir de 15h, arrivé sur place a 16h, ménage pas fait dans le logement, départ de la femme de ménage 17h30. Objet oublié sur place, le loueur à proposer de nous faire un envois postal si nous payons le transport, mais n'à jamais donné suite en nous transmettant un lien vers le payement. Objet non reçu. Contacte par téléphone du loueur impossible ayant des difficultés a trouver les clefs, obligé de passé par une réclamation Booking pour que le loueur me rappelle.

Mieszkanie jest dosyć duże (sypialnia i salon) i bardzo czyste; znajduje się na trzecim piętrze ( w budynku jest winda), a w kuchni są wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, talerze i sztućce; sofa w salonie jest bardzo wygodna, w nocy jest ciemno i cicho- idealne warunki do spania; z tej samej ulicy odjeżdża bezpłatny autobus do centrum Luksemburga. Przed przyjazdem otrzymałyśmy szczegółowe instrukcje odbioru kluczy do mieszkania- kontakt z właścicielem przez booking. com był bardzo dobry. Nasz pobyt okazał się komfortowy i nie brakowało nam niczego.
