Perfect location, very central. Staff were lovely. Place was spotless.

Other guests were a bit noisy. Hallway doors could do with a soft close to stop banging. The shower in our room stopped working after a minute, no water no matter what I tried. Other taps were fine. Apologies, I never mentioned this at check out.
