Clean lobby, room, bedding and toilet, with 2 large mirrors in room and bathroom even with smaller size room which I selected. Well behaved and cooperative staff. Best thing is the availability of a water filter and water cooler for everyone's use, this is generally not available at most hotels and you are forced to buy drinking water bottles.

Water filter should be in much better condition.

The front of house staff, especially Paul, were extremely helpful and attentive the whole stay and helped us book taxis and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay in Amritsar.

Nothing is decent enough to stay. Very bad room, unclean, dirty room, kettle is dirty, no window or ventilation in room, room is filled with dirt. Though the hotel is close to Temple, but not a place to stay.

Sehr gute Lage nahe des goldenen Tempels. Guter Service, insbesondere die Buchung eines Nachttaxis von Herrn Lakshit hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Personal war überhaupt sehr freundlich und gab gute Tipps. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben guten Komfort mit Klimaanlage, Ventilator und TV.

Die Dusche hätte besser funktionieren können- kam nur ein Rinnsal.
