Wonderful front desk agent. Gave great information on local attractions. The room was way better than expected. A true value. Great hot water. RO unit for drinking water available. Prettiest room I have ever had at this price point. The elevator works and is new. I extended my stay. 5 min walk to the Golden Temple

My Uber from the airport couldn't drop me at the hotel as it is inside the walled city and he can't drive there. So I had about a 10min walk from where I was dropped off. I could have taken an internal electric tuk tuk but chose to walk.

The hotel is conveniently placed just 300 meters from the golden temple and few more from jalian wala bhag. The location of th hotel is a huge advantage for travellers. The hotel is newly renovated and we'll maintained. The hotel staff lakshit was very helpful to us , he was taking care of us like family. We really felt at home . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to visit Amritsar..

Staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us toilet paper and water as many times as we asked. Location is very near golden temple and WiFi worked very well.

Bed was very hard and the shower didn’t worked, we had to shower with buckets. Is not the end of the world but if you want western people staying is something to fix
