ZMThe staff are amazing. So welcoming, make every effort to help and are quiet, discrete and not in your face. Fantastic job by them. Room was clean and quiet, conveniently located with coffee shops within easy walking distance. Bed comfortable and all facilities work, including fast wifi and dstv. For the price, really good spot!
They need a bedside light on both sides of the bed and not only one side, and an extension to be able to charge a phone on both sides of the bed. Breakfast needs to be served a bit earlier for working guests. 7:15 start does not give enough time to fight traffic to get to a meeting on time. Please put a kettle and basic tea making facilities in the room? Makes a world of difference in convenience. Attention to detail; for example room signs are often crookedly stuck on, signs on the gate are worn and ragged. Guard shack at the gate gives off shanty vibes. Thankfully the stay was 100% better than first impressions!
