ZAWe had a pleasant stay at Pomona BnB. The location was easy to find and convenient to access. Breakfast was decent and served on time, and overall, the place was comfortable enough for a short stay.
While the location of Pomona BnB was convenient and the breakfast acceptable, the stay was unfortunately marred by persistent issues with hot water. For five days in the middle of winter, we had to endure cold showers in the mornings and evenings because the geyser was often switched off. Even after raising the issue on Thursday morning, hot water only returned briefly that night and was gone again by morning. We were also surprised to find that heating appeared to be an optional extra. There was no aircon or heater in our room, and we were only offered an extra blanket after we asked. The rooms were uncomfortably cold for most of our stay, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant.
