"Good value for money, good location, close to airport but cleanliness is the main setback."

Location was good and staff were polite and helpful.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Bedsheets were dirty and toilet was used and not cleaned during checkin. Had to ask staff to clean, but staff were good and got it cleaned the same hour. Buffet breakfast did not have good options, but were given discount after they asked our feedback.

The whole place was fantastic, more then great value, I was left absolutely thrilled by the experience of staying at this hotel. Ive stayed in many hotels in bali and this is definitely in the top 5!! I really mean that. The staff were incredible, not only did they help out with anything i needed they were so friendly! I had a great experience due to there kindness and attention to detail. I will stay there again because the staff as so awesome! I want to mention a special thanks to Wifa, Richard, Shella, the new trainee (Michell) and iva. Also the wonderful cleaner Alex! They work really hard and go above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy and attended too. Thanks for the great experience! See you soon.

Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte einen grossen grossen Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
