사진과 완전 다른 방에 충격적이었다. 한국의 동네 모텔수준보다 떨어지는 수준. 몇시간을 위해 예약을 했고 그 것만을 위해 500k를 지불했다. 우리가 기대한것은 비행하기 전까지 시원하고 편히 쉴 수 있는 방이었는데 에어컨도 오래돼서 제대로 나오지 않았고, 오래 틀어둬야 조금씩 시원해졌다. 당연히 숙소측에서 이런걸 알았다면 몇달전부터 예약된 손님에게 미리 방을 시원하게 준비를 해뒀어야 한다. 우리는 체크인 손님이 없음에도 방 준비라는 명목으로 10분을 기다렸고 4개의 캐리어를 운반해야 했지만 아무도 도와주지도 않았으며 방 안내또한 없었다. 이것은 발리를 몇번이나 방문하면서 더 저렴한 홈스테이에서도 겪어본적이 없었다. 방은 밖과 비슷한 온도였고 에어컨은 최하로 둬도 시원하지않아 방 교환을 요청했지만 (그냥 빨리 시원한 방에 가서 휴식을 취하고 싶었음) 그들은 우리 에어컨을 체크한다고만 했다. 20분가량 또 시간을 버렸고 에어컨 필터 청소가 그들의 해결방법이었고 별 효과는 없었다. 다른방도 마찬가지였다. 물도 수압이 약했다. 왜 부킹닷컴은 이 호텔을 4성급 부티크호텔로 분류했는지 이해할수가 없다.

Price was amazing, pool was beautiful and buffet breakfast was a good variety

Pool hatte kaum Sonne. Eingang war eine Baustelle und recht staubig. War unsere schlechteste Unterkunft auf Bali.

Upon arriving I was upgraded for free. Richardo at reception was very helpful to me and helped me organise my stay.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good.

My room didn’t have a window looking outside but for the price I really can’t complain. If I’d been staying more than one night I probably would’ve booked somewhere else but honestly for one night it wasn’t bad at all.

Schimmellucht in de badkamer. De helft van de menukaart is niet te bestellen. Barpersoneel zit liever op de telefoon. Te koude hamburger wordt inclusief broodje in de magnetron opgewarmd. Voor 1 of 2 nachten prima, maar niet langer
