On the bookings.com website it indicated there was a staffed reception at this building. I particularly wanted this for a 2 night stay and so we could leave luggage on the last day, in the end it wasn’t a problem, but we did have to pay an extra 40 euro for day lockers.

La ubicación

No se podía acceder bien al apartamento porque había un andamio en la puerta que tampoco permitía abrir la puerta del ascensor. Creo que nos tendrían que haber avisado antes que iba a estar. La cafetera no funcionaba correctamente, escribimos por whatsap al contacto y no obtuvimos respuesta. Las camas y las almohadas eran muy incómodas.

Die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr hellhörig.

Great location, roomy apartment.

Due to a problem we had using the website to extend our stay one night, the property promised to block off an additional night for us months in advance. The day before we arrived, we were informed that they had not blocked it off. So, at the last minute we ended up having to book two hotel rooms for the 5 of us for one night. This meant we had to spend half a day packing up and moving our luggage to the hotel to be held until we could check in. It was a huge inconvenience and embarrassing for me since I had booked the apartment. They had no response whatsoever to the issue, even after it was escalated to Booking.com. I gave plenty of time for a resolution but nothing. I would not recommend this apartment for both their lack of a response to an issue and for the following reasons. The apartment feels a little neglected as far as finishing touches. Upstairs there is nowhere to hang clothes and some of the bedsides don’t have tables. The chairs were badly stained. It didn’t feel as if someone truly cared about the comfort of guests or went the extra mile to make it look nice.

Amplio duplex perfecto para disfrutar de Lisboa. Céntrico, en zona segura, renovado y limpio. Volvería sin duda.

El baño de la habitación superior es nuevo y moderno, pero la puerta es de cristal traslucido, por lo que resulta incomodo usarlo si vas con amigos. Recomendaría ponerle algun vinilo que guarde la privacidad.
