Perfect location. Very suitable for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the city center

The apartment is outdated and needs refreshing. Very far from the photos on the website… The elevator is very small and only starts from the first floor. The apartment has an attic with a room for three people, where the bathroom has transparent glass — not very successful in my opinion…

Las fotos publicadas no se corresponden con la realidad. Están tomadas cuando el alojamiento era nuevo, pero actualmente se encuentra muy descuidado. El sofá y los butacones tenían kilos de suciedad, las mamparas de cristal de las duchas no cierran y el agua caliente apenas dura para poder ducharse. La cocina está mal equipada: no dispone de utensilios suficientes, no encontramos ni un mantel, ni papel o trapo de cocina, ni servilletas, prácticamente nada, solo dos esteras ralladas y poco más. Para colmo, apareció una cucaracha en una de las lámparas de la cocina. El estado general del mobiliario es deficiente: a la lámpara del comedor le faltan bombillas, las sillas están a punto de romperse y la sensación es de abandono. Además, la atención al cliente es lenta, tardan mucho en responder a las preguntas y no ofrecen soluciones. Un aspecto muy preocupante es la seguridad: creemos que no cambian el código de acceso entre huéspedes, lo que no genera ninguna confianza. En definitiva, la experiencia fue un desastre y no tiene nada que ver con lo que muestran en las fotos

Location! Yes it's the most touristy part of Lisbon, but you're a tourist! Very comfortable for a family of 4. Very clean and very cool place. AC worked well!

The bed in the primary was too hard for me (preference).

Great location, bright. Good kitchen.

The mattress in the main bedroom was beyond terrible. So hard! I had back pain every day, except when I finally slept on the cough on the last day. We saw mold on the second bedroom- yeah, I am aware the building is old, but you can always treat mold. And last, but not least, the shower had inconsistent hot water and it was really hard to wash our hair because the handle didn’t stay where it should.

Our host Agnesee was very helpfull and carefull with our request

Traditional , vast, comfortable apartment which was immaculate with ideal location for short stay Pass code lock works well.

Shower head was broken.
