Hospitality from Host - Frédéric needs to be improved. -> The way he talked (i assume that it may be as we were Mauritians) was improper to welcome someone/anyone.

I really liked the beautiful gardens around the accommodation as well as the spacious living area and the peaceful atmosphere and nature.

I did not enjoy the noise from the road that went past our accommodation

I hesitated before writing this, but feel it's important to share my experience to help improve the place, which is otherwise beautiful. Communication through Booking.com was smooth, we paid full amount early, and I arranged early check-in and deposit payment upon arrival. Two days before the trip, another host began pressuring me via WhatsApp to pay both fees in advance. i had to show him the messages via booking to believe me and yes he didn't! . We arrived late after a long journey, yet the apartments weren’t ready, and the host refused entry without the deposit. His tone was dismissive, and even local drivers who knew our family were shocked by his behavior. I asked to enter briefly to access Wi-Fi and pay online, but he refused. I had to borrow internet from the driver to complete the payment. No apology was made for the poor welcome, and 1 access card was provided for our apartment until i asked for the second. He seemed nervous about children being present and repeatedly warned not to break anything. At checkout, he agreed to a late checkout ( 2 pm ) only if my sister vacated early—despite giving her the apartment at 4 PM, but because what he said my family left at 12 . His attitude felt discriminatory, and nothing justified this kind of treatment. The penthouse itself is lovely and well-located. Sadly, the hosting experience left a lasting negative impression.

The villas are looking a bit tired now and could do with a refresh. Otherwise they are in good condition and we'll equipped

Great location, great apartment. Well maintained. Views are to die for .

The manager Fedrock should have been available at leat on call, on numerous occassions I could not connect to hi. This was the only downside of my stay.
