nice location, peaceful and clean; onsite response was great from Frederick.

no shower hot water for a group of 8. some strict non practical rules. only 1 key provided which made it difficult to coordinate.

Excellent villa, beautiful location and very well maintained.

They should be a paid cleaning service in case the guests want to avail it.

My wife and I had an awesome time! The facilities were great and we had a direct private access to the beach. Frederick and team made us feel very comfortable!

Very spacious apartment with great facilities and huge terrace with sea view. Very nice staff. The parking garage was also very convenient.

Unfortunately the street is quite noisy and the window seals are not the best. No mosquito net on the windows. The towels are getting on in years. No hair conditioner.

I really liked that the apartment was very spacious with a large terrace, a great private beach, and also the view and the path down to the beach were stunning. Frederick turned out to be a very kind and helpful person.

There was nothing I didn’t like or that could have spoiled my trip.

Location good . Shame the portent isn’t a little higher to get better views of ocean but was nice development .
