"Good property but lot needs to be improved. Not good value for money."

The staff at the front desk, technicians for maintenance, security, restaurant etc... were quite friendly but service was average. While we were told breakfast would start by 7.30 am, it never started before 8.15 on all the 3 days we were there. the staff looked like apprentices and were struggling. Food was quite average, so we went out for lunch and dinner on all days except the day of arrival. BTW... The "Virundu" vegetarian restaurant at the MGM woods in the downtown is very good.

Food. Also at 9K per night it is not a great property.

The location and ambiance of the facility, simple and clean

Breakfast is not up to the expected level. I think staff are not adequate, due to this there was a delay in the service of the food. However, food quality was fairly good.

It was a wonderful property, so tastefully designed, beautiful cottages and rooms! The best was the staff, they were very kind and friendly! They offered everything we asked for! Definitely a must stay destination if we go to Yelagiri next time!
