Good... but breakfast buffet started after 8:15 while they had given

Staff at the restaurant and front desk ( while check out). At restaurant there was only one person to take orders... we ordered biryani and fish fingers .... even after finishing our lunch fish fingers did not arrive and while check out we were charged for it also... Moreover at check out the staff charged 1500 extra which she changed to void for initating refund( now i have to wait 7 days for refund)... but it was her mistake... and she never even apologized for it... They told that drivers quaters is available which was not true.... they gave a make shift tin compartment without flooring and just one bed.... there were 4 drivers and also no hot water was provided for them... it was 18 degrees in the mornings when we stayed there.. Very bad experience on the whole... the rooms were not sound proof... I did not expect this from MGM resorts !

The reception handled so well ..felt good and warm.ambience good, food was awesome .. our net was not working the person number displayed did nit respond well. But reception mam brought another person and got it rectified .very good lady. Activity person also very friendly and helped u spend good time there .overall good time

Our tv was not working repeated calls, he was not responding . No help. Reception lady helper us solve that

The location, Rooms, Play area for kids. I would say best place for a family outing, Very good Staff, Very humble and friendly. Check -In & Checkout was good. Breakfast was awesome, Not of much variety but it was good taste. One Mr. Mani hope he is supervisor he was very friendly. The entire staff at restaurant was quickly responding to everyone.

Breakast on the first day was not that great, very little option to opt for. Breakfast options can be increased

Campfire was not set up due to low number of guests. This was least expected as they could have provided for us as we were Family of 6 members. The request for campfire was infact rejected.

The place was a good stay and was value for money. The food was of very good quality and staff was very good in terms of understanding the requirment of guests.

The first room allocated, it was too cramped and was not livable, the photo showed a different picture to reality. That was a bit disappointing. However staff took care of the same.
