The rooms shown are nothing exactly that are seen. Our money got completely wasted. Room was supposed to be triple bed but only 1 bed and the not even place to walk

Please, believe me. This place is a scam. Moreover, the hotel does not exist at all. You will be stuck in Mumbai without a place to stay, and believe me, you don't want that. Also, avoid the hotels with 3 stars in Mumbai. It is very different from the picture you can see in bookings. Am not overeating.

Everything was false, not clean, dirty, full of mosquito's, should epbe 1 star

The location was near the airport

Lack of cleanliness, property is run down. Things were falling apart, the staircase to the hotel rooms were blocked with rubbish and boxes leaving no exit on case of emergency. The room smelled of cockroaches or some kind of cleaning agent. The room has no window or ventilation. The name of the property was different from the one advertised . The property is actually called freedom star hotel which was confusing. The only reason I can think of for doing this is to avoid bad reviews in the original name.
