Nothing, the room was terrible, sub par cleanliness, not at all worth for the money.

Everything, except for the staff the entire hotel was really bad, the lift isn't maintained properly neither are the rooms, bathroom has sub par cleanliness

Staff were nice. Great location a few minutes walk to Vile Parle train station.

Fisrt room given was very small. They moved us to a bigger one. I thank them for that. Room was not in a good state though. Old, broken and dusty furniture. lots of mosquitoes, though those mosquito repellents were present. We even had the visit of 🪳. Cold water in the showers. We were asked to go shower in another room. Finally, the checkout time is 1100. At 1103 i got back at the hotel, only to find all my luggage and stuff moved to another room. Never seen this before. This hotel needs a good cleaning and renovation to deserve a 7+ rating.
