Villa San Carlo

It is a cute little flat with most things you need. Location is great if you have a car, but there didn't seem be any footpaths to go into town walking. The area is quiet but no sound insulation between flats whatsoever.

There are a few things that are not expensive that would really improve the stay. The towels were super cheap and thin, almost scared of tearing them apart (and too small). The mattress feels cheap so if you have back problems, probably not good to sleep in. The bedsheets are also very cheap and we had to put the duvet into the cover ourselves. No clothes iron for some reason. The shower amenities was an all-purpose thing that was almost as good as dish soap. Another thing is that the insulation is non-existent, we were woken up every day at 5:30 am by neighbours moving stuff around, so not recommended if you have a light sleep.

The apartment was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was lovely and the wardrobes were nice and big. The patio was nice to sit at and the quality of the crockery provided was great The bed wasn't too comfy and the pillows werent thin enough. I also think a washing up liquid should be supplied by the sink

We stayed in apartment one with 2 kids. Location is very special San Carlo right by us looking at us. Other than that there was no view from the apartment but a great one once you step out and cross the road . Amazing restaurant right across the street with breathtaking view 5 min drive from arona Everything was very clean and well equipped Parking in the property We had a wonderful time even in the winter and post new year when everything is closed Waiting to come back in the summer

Exceptionally clean, beautiful building with lots of character, great sun trap terrace

The bath towels were a bit small and the quality of the mattress, but this might be personal preference
