Villa San Carlo

Great location, clean and comfortable, host was attentive and helpful, great view of the lake!

The kitchen could have been better organised, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay tremendously!

The location is nice.

We had black mold in our apartment and therefore left after one night. The management was very rude then and threatened us to report us to “local authorities and Italian hotels”. Whatever that means.

Very good place to be, quiet, but restaurants close by, parking available, very clean. Everything well organised 😊

No heat to eliminate the humidity and cold. The picture showed the lake view, and the fine print did say terrace view, which was really view of trees. The picture is deceiving. The apartment and facilities were nice and clean. No shampoo in bathrooms, only 4 towels for 5 days.

We liked everything about the villa. The apartments were new, clean, tidy and very well equipped (kitchen, toilettes, sleeping rooms) and spacious. The location and the views are exceptional. Just in front of the statue of San Carlo (impressive statue by the way) and with a great view of the lake. It is a 5 mins (easy) drive to downtown Arona. You can park your car next to the villa or 1 min away in front of Collegio De Filippi. The hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. The villa has great safety. We rented three appartments and passed the Christmass holidays there but I think it makes a great place for the spring and summer holidays. The appartments have an outside barbeque area (wood provided by the host). Surely will go back.
