"A Very Comfortable Stay for All"

Very comfortable and had a home from home feel. Well equipped and very clean. Near enough to all the attractions without being too near.

Nothing. Could benefit from another toilet but otherwise perfect.

Fabulous property. Spotlessly clean . Allows pets even though we didn't avail of this . Tennis lawns opposite so bring your rackets, pay as you go facility available there( didn't know this unfortunately). Need your car to get around. It's just far enough outside Blackpool to get away from hustle and bustle . 7 mins from Lytham. Lovely place

"A lovely, stylish place in a great location."

The property is very modern and stylish with stunning outside areas. The location was ideal for us with only being a short drive to Lytham and a short drive into Blackpool.

A second toilet would have been a huge benefit.
