The Coach House

Gorgeous house in a great location.

We struggled a bit with the 3rd bedroom.

We were a family of 6 on a trip to Blackpool for a couple of days. Prior to arrival we were contacted with our check in instructions. Upon arrival Liz was outside and she greeted us straight away with a lovely, warm welcome and helped us check in which was extremely simple. Upon entering The Coach House it was clear we were going to love our stay. The attention to detail was amazing, for example a little carton of milk in the fridge and stamped toilet roll. There were lots of cushions and blankets around and adequate kitchen facilities. 2 off the bedrooms had TV’s and plenty of storage for personal belongings, the other bedroom was mezzanine which suited my Son and his Girlfriend. The furniture was excellent quality and the House was clean. The shower is something else… I highly recommend booking this for the shower alone. We had 2 outside areas should we have wanted to use them, one just outside the main bedroom on the ground floor and a larger outdoor area with a BBQ and seating on the roof of the 2nd bedroom. The Wi-Fi was great, the games were enjoyed and we loved the whole aesthetic of the house. The washing machine and tumble dryer was a warm welcome after a very wet day at the Pleasure Beach The location was fantastic being so close to restaurants, shops and the seafront We managed to fit both of our cars in the car park which was a bonus Many thanks for a wonderful stay and thank you for being so friendly and kind

There was a slight foist smell in the main bedroom but I do have a strong sense of smell and nobody else commented on this. I did make you aware that the remote in the main bedroom didn’t work but you immediately tried to rectify that. My Father is 74 and found the sofa unsuitable as it did not offer any support for his back, but he sat in a dining chair. This is more for anyone with back/neck problems to be aware off. We would stay again as a smaller group only because of the one toilet but we managed as best as we could.

The Coach House was in a good location, a short drive to the beach and local amenities! It's close to Blackpool, St Annes and Lytham all minutes away in the car! The accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Very dog friendly we all had a lovely stay and would highly recommend 👌

We loved everything about this property & would definitely recommend. The house was immaculate and very generous space wise. It was perfect location for us- close enough to drive to Blackpool promenade but also felt like you were in the countryside with the lovely fields & greenery surrounding the property. The hosts were very friendly & messaged to check we were ok & had everything we needed . We wished we had stayed for longer& we would definitely stay here again.
