The staff are very nice and kind the room is clean and the pool view was beautiful. The manager is very kind and very accommodating.

The bed was really small it’s really for 1 person there’s no more space even a bit. The wifi was bad. The laundry is expensive I paid 15k!? I was really disappointed it doesn’t worth 15k

All of the staff (reception, housekeeping, guards, etc.) were friendly and helpful. The elevators were fast. Parking was reserved for our stay. The place is near GH mall which makes eating out and buying stuff very convenient. The place is pet friendly as well which is a great coz I brought my dog. There's a pet fee but my dog wasn't required to wear diapers. My dog is potty trained anyway so I just took him out for walks. The pool was great too, was able to swim a few laps for exercise during our stay.

The internet was slow. Booked 2 nights here as our building was undergoing an electricity maintenance. As someone who works from home, I had to stay somewhere while that happened. The place advertises "high-speed internet" but can't say I experienced that. When I did a speed test, I only got 12Mbps. When I joined work calls, it lagged sometimes. That's the only issue I had during our stay.
