Great location if you don’t want to be on the scooter too long. It’s not too far west if you need to head to Berawa and not too far east if you want to head to Seseh. The staff is helpful and really nice and the rooms are large and have a private fridge. I would book this place again (for my longer stays) because the price / quality is very good.

I stayed here for 8 nights with my retreat group. While the property itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the experience was unfortunately let down by the staff. I paid extra for a poolside room, which was located directly next to reception. On multiple occasions, I had to get up early in the morning to ask the staff to lower their voices or turn down loud programs they were watching. Despite being told there was a free shuttle into Canggu, we were charged each time we used it. Basic amenities such as toilet paper, coffee, and other essentials were not restocked regularly, even after housekeeping. We constantly had to request items that should have been replenished as part of standard service. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude of the staff. They were unhelpful, often rude, and once they became aware of our complaints, they responded with sarcasm toward my group. Although the venue is lovely and had great potential for future retreats, I will not be returning due to the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Our favourite stay in all of bali. A lovely modern hotel with a great pool and really lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again
