Cozy Downtown Loft in Bradford

Good location with a parking space.

The property is getting a bit warn but more than adequate for our stay.

On arrival we could not access.the gate to get in to the car park or park anywhere due to a parade which was taking place. The lock box was not simple to locate. When we entered the property we all had mixed feelings. There was a disgusting smell, the sofa was dirty, the bathroom was not like the picture on booking.com - looked decent but not in reality. All it needs is TLC paint and the smell was unbearable, so apartment was not used beds were not slept in. We left during the night and travelled back home. No host means nobody to complain to. I read the reviews before booking and I thought everyone has own preferences might not be that bad but honestly made a mistake..reviews were right

The smell - drainage, cold, sofa and general cleanliness Looked decent online and thought value for money should be ok for 1 night but I would not recommend to anyone. Lesson learntt next time pay the extra and go by the reviews

The key for the front gate and the fob for the car gate were not working … i had to pester residents to let me in. The heating did not work inside the property only the toilet and hallway radiator so we were really cold … there was a halogen heater provided in the living room which also did not work. The place was very dirty, lots of dust and hair over the floor which clearly hasn’t been mopped for a while as the colour of my socks was awful. We could not get the tv to work ! All the headboards in the bedroom upstairs were broken, property is in major need of some TLC deffo not like the photos, very dissapointed

Good location, perfect for families

The heating in the living room did not work. The cleanliness was not very good. The place was dusty and floor was sticky.

I loved the space and this apartment has been great and could be great again.

The lift was broken so couldn't call from the floor of the apartment or the floor below. Not good on the level it was for people with mobility issues. The heating didn't work in the living room and was given a plug in heater that only worked on the lowest level. The shower was held with some tape and marks on the bath. I wouldn't have used this so was lucky is was only for one night. The lighting the the entrance only flashed so didn't work properly. The kitchen was tired but again, only stayed the one night so didn't use it apart from the kettle and a few cups. It just requires some attention but I was very let down by the shower and definitely the lift situation.

How it was laid out it was good for the price

It was quiet cold because we couldn’t get the window shut and couldn’t use radiator

The property was in a good location and was clean enough

The property was shabby and neglected. Door handles falling off. Issues accessing the electric gates as the fob didn’t work. Lift button didn’t work from floor 3 only worked going up. Dead battery maybe.
