The room was very modern and clean. Sunday roast was amazing.

Noise from traffic, etc and would have been nice to have breakfast as an option,

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Ramsgate and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Coming from London, we were looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape, and this place exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is unique, elegant, and impeccably clean. Every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The food was outstanding, with every meal beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was simply amazing: calm, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. Everything was perfect from start to finish. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy excellent hospitality, we highly recommend this hotel. We can't wait to return.

Loved that tv had all the subscription channels. The room was beautifully decorated and presented, and the bathroom was equally decorated and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with free parking close by. Mini fridge in the room - very helpful in a heatwave.

It wasn't as clean as we would've liked. There was some poop on the toilet bowl, soap scum on the walls in the bathroom, and a few hairs in the bed.
