Cleaning and host

Size of apart is to small. Too much furniture,i have got some bruises when walking around. Flat is very dark,there is no sun coming in to the flat. Its also cold inside and the floor heating is not working. Heater from the bedroom is making strong noise. Phone reception is 0 when inside the flat,,wi-fi its also weak. Tv in the living room and bedroom are small. The tv in the bedroom has a weird location. I don't understand how this flat got so may good reviews. For me was dissapointing.
