It’s amazing! First of all, I’ve never seen an apartment that clean! It’s shockingly clean and has everything you need. You’ll even want to buy it! It’s unbelievable. Location-wise, you have everything around you. Also, it’s important to know that the washing machine is also a dryer at the same time! And you have a USB charger in the kitchen. The beds are amazing, and you have two smart TV systems—one in the bedroom and one in the living area. I have been traveling nonstop for six years now. I can tell you what is great and what isn’t. Every comment you read that says it’s not that great is wrong. Once you see it, you will be perplexed. It’s perfect! But understand it’s not made for a family—only one bedroom. And by the way, when it rains, the balcony is always dry. So you can be on the balcony and watch the crazy rainstorms without worry. That’s an experience in itself. Also, there is a special professional fly net to keep flies from entering the bedroom and the balcony. It’s a professional one. It’s also important to understand that in the toilet you get special equipment to wash yourself instead of only using toilet paper. This is a crucial component because when your hands are dirty, toilet paper isn’t going to clean them well. You need water. In Bucharest, I only saw this at this apartment—they thought about it and installed it. That’s so important. Understand that whoever doesn’t wash themselves after going to the toilet is simply dirty. You wash yourself. Toilet paper is to dry yourself after you wash. You combine both. And no wonder the apartment was so clean, because the owner is a clean person. Also, showering is fun because the water is at an automated temperature. Not every time do you have to play around with the heat level. So understand, you’re coming to a place where someone has made their utmost effort to welcome you. And I can guarantee you, not even the Hilton hotels take care that much.

Maybe a very small point to add: I believe a fly net in the kitchen window could be a smart move. I didn’t have any issues, but with the summer and warmer weather, it might attract flies. But if anyone is still worried after reading my pros, they have a real issue. Understand, this apartment is the perfect showroom model to sell the property. You will love it and not want to leave. So just book it and stop searching further. It’s not the usual treatment you’re used to, so I recommend anyone to book it. You will learn a valuable lesson on how to take care of your property! This is a masterclass in itself. If all property owners took care of their apartments so well, we would never need to build new ones. It looks like no one has ever lived there. You will feel like you’re living in a showroom apartment as the first ever renter. Well done!
